With extensive backgrounds in facilitating continuous improvement, Kevin Lenko and Bob Arbuthnot are accomplished professionals. Our experience with Lean initiatives started decades ago, before the term 'Lean' was even recognized.

We've been working with digital technology for a while too! 20 years ago creating "digital twin" simulations of a large machine shop to validate production capacity, kanban and changeover reduction effectiveness. 15 years ago implementing real-time machine monitoring with online remote access.
